We are able to teach but are not currently teaching: Zheng Manqing short form, Yang style sword 32 forms, combined styles 42 competition forms, combined styles 42 competition sword forms.
Classes include qigong exercises, such as:
Professor Lin Housheng's Tai Ji Qigong Shi Ba Shi; and also Ba Duan Jin, Jiben Qigong, Lotus Qigong.
