David Mackenzie

Student of sifus the late Hennie Barnard and Ray Poy. National Judge for Wushu. Former national champion and medalist in Tai Ji Quan and Tai Ji Jian. Member of the New Zealand Tai Chi for Health Community, Member of the New Zealand National Tai Chi Chuan Assocation (Wellington Committee), Constituent Member of New Zealand Kung-fu Wushu Federation, Member of Tai Chi Associates, Wellington.

Ferne McKenzie

Student of sifus the late Hennie Barnard and Ray Poy, National Judge for Wushu. Member of the New Zealand Tai Chi for Health Community (Treasurer), Member of the New Zealand National Tai Chi Chuan Assocation (Wellington Chair),  Member of New Zealand Kung-fu Wushu Federation, Co-ordinator for Tai Chi Associates, Wellington.

 

Both David and Ferne are active in a company of Tai Ji Quan instructors in the Wellington Region, called Tai Chi Associates (Wellington). Tai Chi Associates works to encourage the teaching and learning of Tai Ji Quan in the Wellington community, and to maintain the standards and safety of that practice. Both David and Ferne are also qualified with the National Certificate in Fitness (Group Fitness Instruction) (Level 3)
